Updating a Customers Information in Customer Feedback Centre
Log in to your Customer Feedback Centre account
Click on the Customers name
You can edit the customers name and email. However, review and feedback content as well as the star rating cannot be edited to assure the integrity of Customer Feedback Centre itself.
